Clearview Social (done)

Clearview Social

Clearview Social is the leading employee advocacy platform created to help companies increase revenue through more effective and systematic use of social media. I got hired to be apart of a group of designs to be able to improve the UX and update the brand of all their features.

Cleaview Social operates by enabling teams to generate, schedule, and publish content to their respective business' social accounts. Additionally, teams can enhance engagement by assigning colleagues to interact with and amplify these posts through likes, comments, and shares.

Problem / audit

During Clearview Social's 8-year journey, they’ve welcomed numerous designers and engineers. However, this diversity of contributors has led to discrepancies over time, causing confusion for our clients. Our training and documentation struggle to keep pace with our growth objectives. To retain existing clients and attract new ones, we must tackle site architecture issues to enhance scalability.
Issues related to visual inconsistencies, discovery, navigation, accompanied by a less than optimal user experience that demanded improvement.

What to solve

  • Update the UI with a contemporary web aesthetic.

  • Ensure consistency across pages to minimize user confusion and decrease churn.

  • Simplify site navigation and information structure with a layered approach for both users and admins.

  • Enhance corporate posting capabilities for a more comprehensive experience.

  • Facilitate sales expansion into new sectors with an improved user journey.

  • Introduce an entry-level product featuring automated sales and streamlined onboarding, reducing acquisition expenses and fostering cross-selling.

  • Lower future feature development costs by implementing a robust design system and reusable UI components.

  2. As a customer, I want understand the performance of my posts and campaigns, so that I can identify areas that need improvements for future postings.

  3. As a customer, I want to view recommendations for posts sent by either my colleagues or from a feed. This allows me to create a post or campaign with confidence. so that I can create a post or campaign knowing i have the optimal content to capture the attention of our clients.
